Nicholls Tax & Accounting officially came to life in 2021 when Todd Nicholls decided to merge two tax firms he cherished—one in Xenia, which began its journey in 2017, and the other in Beavercreek, which opened its doors in 2019. We welcome hundreds of wonderful individuals, families, business owners, and organizations from both firms into our big family at our new Beavercreek location. Serving this amazing community has been a true privilege, and we are genuinely excited to continue building lasting relationships and providing support for people like you!

Todd Nicholls

CPA | TAX & BUSINESS ADVISOR

After serving our nation for 26 years in the United States Air Force, Todd embarked on a new journey, earning his Master’s Degree in Accounting and becoming a licensed CPA. He brought the integrity and strong work ethic he developed during his military service into the private sector, making a meaningful impact as a tax accounting professional and a trusted partner within the Dayton community. Todd is grateful and blessed for the unending love and support of his wife and children
